International Cooperation Training
Training course for operators of immigration services and international cooperation
Members, volunteers and leaders of associations of social promotion need a thought and continuous training to improve services offered to immigrants living in Italy and to operate in the international field. Social workers who intend to implement their own activities in this direction must have some tools and knowledge to handle professionally and competently planned activities.
The course was a prerequisite for those who want to work or already work without specific expertise in the filed of immigration services and international cooperation.
Specifically, the training plan is aimed at the creation of:
- experts able to provide, organize and manage cultural, social and educational services for foreigners, especially women and children
- experts in international cooperation projects, with solid knowledge, operational design capabilities that allow to design, implement, monitor and evaluate cooperation projects and international volunteering.
The course was structured in two parallel educational paths: a conceptual one and a technical one. The two paths had a continuous interaction from start to finish of the course.
